This is the only truly innovative bass jig to come along since the first bass jig was made. Unlike other bass jigs, the Scorpion™ lands with its hook in the upright position, allowing the trailer to float in a crawfish’s lifelike defensive posture. The upright position also insures a higher hook up percentage than any other bass jig. The head design of the Scorpion™ makes it the most snagless jig on the market. The Elite Series of jigs were designed to meet specific applications and lure presentations. The ISG Finesse Jig is no exception. This jig was originally designed to meet the ultra-tough conditions of the Ohio River and other tough waters. During the 1980’s this lure was marketed by Stinger Lures™ as the Weapon III™ jig. It somehow disappeared over the years. Due to the increasing fishing pressure on good bass water and the need to offer new presentations to overcome tough conditions, ISG, in conjunction with Jeff are reintroducing this extremely effective lure, with improvements to make it even better!

The perfectly balanced head design is the same as the original, allowing it to be worked through the toughest obstacles, with light tackle. Technology over the last few years has allowed us to make a couple of improvements. The ultra-fine, silicone skirt, in natural colors, allows the jig to present an exclusive life-like action. The hook, enhancing the jig’s overall compact profile, is a 1/0 in the 1/16 oz. and 2/0 in the 1/8 oz. and 1/4 oz. Both size hooks are ultra-sharp Mustad Needle-Point, black nickel hooks. The bristle weedguard is stiff enough to allow the jig to slip through heavy cover, yet soft enough to fool even the most finicky bass. Great for Smallmouth and Spot to!!

This Elite Series jig was designed specifically for the Dream Tube. It has an extra long eye relief so the eye of the jig penetrates the extra-thick wall of the Dream Tube. The 4/0(5/0 in the 1/2 oz.), Ultra-Sharp, black nickel Gamakatsu hook provides minimum flex for super hooking & holding power. They are perfectly balanced to provide the best fish-attracting spiral drop. They also work great in the standered ISG tubes.

The design and balance of the Intimidator Weed-less Jig causes the bait to fall at a slow, natural rate, and once on the bottom, holds the tail of the lure in an up-right, position. This is an effective presentation for the Intimidator Spider Grub, small plastic worms and craws.

The 1/8 oz. and 1/4 oz. jigs have a 3/0 hook and the 3/8 oz. jig utilizes a 4/0. The light wire weedguard allows the jig to be fished in the heaviest of weed and wood cover, yet is soft enough to permit a good hook-set. All of the jigs heads are painted black.

The Elite Series of jigs are new for 2001. This family of jigs includes unique jigs designed for specific applications and lure presentations. All of the jigs in this family will have the finest hooks available today. This jig head is designed to work perfectly with the ISG Intimidator tube. In addition to the tube, this jig adds erratic, darting action to grubs, finesse worms and skirted grubs. The Darter-Head causes the lure to flit and flutter on the drop, providing a life-like swimming action. The 3/0, ultra-sharp, Mustad Needle-Point hook provides super hooking and holding power. The black-nickel finish is also salt-water resistant.

ISG’s Darter-Head jig is available in three sizes, 1/8 oz., 1/4oz., and 3/8 oz. There are 5 jigs of the same size in a re-usable zip-lock bag with header, measuring 3" W x 5 3/4" H.
